Strategic Support for Complex Environments

We are a Atlantic Canadian based strategic advisory, government relations, public affairs, and communications firm supporting leaders and organizations working through complex public, political, stakeholder, and communications challenges.

We work with businesses, government leaders, Indigenous organizations, executives, and community-facing organizations to help them clarify their message, prepare for important conversations, manage sensitive issues, and move priorities forward.

Our work often sits at the intersection of government, Indigenous leadership, private sector decision-makers, stakeholders, media, and the public.

Why Work With Us

We bring senior judgment, practical execution, and a clear understanding of how complex files move through government, business, communities, media, and the public.

Our strength is not just communications or government relations in isolation. It is understanding how these pieces connect, including how a message lands, who needs to hear it, what risks need to be managed, and how leaders should prepare before important conversations happen.

Mark and Nathan bring complementary experience across public affairs, government relations, executive communications, campaign strategy, stakeholder engagement, crisis and issues management, Indigenous relations support, and public-facing advisory work.

Together, we help clients navigate moments that require clarity, discretion, strategy, and action. Whether an organization is preparing for a government meeting, managing a sensitive issue, launching a major initiative, building partnerships, or trying to move a priority forward, we provide the strategic support and practical materials needed to make the next step clear.

We are most useful when the stakes are high, the audience is complex, and the path forward needs to be carefully considered.
